Who said postpartum parents can’t be strong and badass?! Whether you want to enjoy your favorite mountain sport, pick up your baby feeling stronger, or walk with your baby in the carrier, Elyse will assist you in returning to loading activities with graded exposure, strength and mobility exercises, advice, and pelvic health physio knowledge.

Throughout the class, Elyse will support you to better manage pain or pelvic symptoms (urinary leakage, heaviness, diastasis recti, muscle tension, etc), and will monitor your symptoms before, throughout, and at the end of the class. She will keep in mind your different medical history, physical goals and physical/pelvic floor conditions. This is why having a pelvic health physiotherapy assessment is a requirement for this class.

  • "These classes have honestly been so special to me in so many ways. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone who specializes in women's postpartum recovery, and to rebuild my body at the right pace and in the right way with your guidance and support. Thank you so, so much!"

  • “Kim’s postpartum class was the best thing I did as a new mom! She helped me make sure my return to exercise was aligned with my recovery and supported me in building back stronger. Not to mention, she helped create such a great community of Moms that it became the best part of my week, and it’s so important to feel connection and empowerment in those early baby months. I highly recommend her classes!”
